The product must be in original condition and in the original carton so we can repackage the item. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace that product with a non-defective product at no cost to you. 2. If you have followed these steps and are not satisfied with your order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number to include with your return. Write the return number on the outside of the box, just above the address. 3. No credits can be given without a return authorization. 4. Return it within 7 days of delivery - shipping pre-paid. 5. Return the item in the original shipping material. 6. Merchandise must be in original condition, carton and must not have been used. Please include a copy of your original invoice and a brief reason for the return. You may need to insure your package if the value is over $100.00. 7. All refunds will be made to the credit card that was used for the purchase. 8. In case of damaged items, please contact the delivery company and notify them immediately of the damage.
You should expect to receive your refund within 48 hours of Great American Decor receiving your return. Sometimes the credit does not show up immediately on credit and debit cards, but you will receive a receipt and notification when your refund is processed on our end.
