You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), most orders ship within 3-9 business days depending on item(Please allow for additional handling time during the Holidays) via one of the following services UPS, Fed Ex Home and (USPS Mail Truck/SUV hat holders only). If you are purchasing for International delivery Shipping rates will appear based on total price of your order. We ship most International orders via USPS International. Please note we ship using USPS only to Canada. Please note WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES. Our Guarantee & Return Policy We care about you, our customer, therefore we will treat you as we want to be treated. We run our business by the Golden Rule and that says it all. We want to make sure you know you can trust us and our actions speak for themselves. We guarantee your satisfaction with our products that you order from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days from the day it is delivered to you for an exchange or refund. your only risk is the shipping cost you pay. Our requirements for returns: 1. Carefully unpack and inspect your order without damaging any manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw out any packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order. The product must be in original condition and in the original carton so we can repackage the item. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace that product with a non-defective product at no cost to you. 2. If you have followed these steps and are not satisfied with your order, email us at customerservice@classichomedecor.com for a return authorization number to include with your return. Write the return number on the outside of the box, just above the address. 3. No credits can be given without a return authorization. 4. Return it within 7 days of delivery - shipping pre-paid. 5. Return the item in the original shipping material. 6. Merchandise must be in original condition, carton and must not have been used. Please include a copy of your original invoice and a brief reason for the return. You may need to insure your package if the value is over $100.00. 7. All refunds will be made to the credit card that was used for the purchase. 8. In case of damaged items, please contact the delivery company and notify them immediately of the damage.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within 48 hours of Great American Decor receiving your return. Sometimes the credit does not show up immediately on credit and debit cards, but you will receive a receipt and notification when your refund is processed on our end. If only refunds were as quick as spending!
