Mark Christopher Collection® / Great American Decor takes pride in manufacturing quality American-made products. Customers are responsible for using and installing our products safely and only for their intended purpose.

## Installation and Use

Customers are responsible for determining that the wall, mounting surface, hardware, installation method, and location are appropriate for the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Christopher Collection® / Great American Decor is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, unsuitable mounting hardware or surfaces, misuse, modification, overloading, or failure to properly secure or maintain a product.

## Hats and Personal Property

Customers are responsible for determining whether a hat holder, rack, stand, or vehicle holder is suitable for their particular hat.

Hats vary in material, shape, size, finish, age, condition, and value. Customers should carefully position and periodically inspect their hats during use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mark Christopher Collection® / Great American Decor is not responsible for stretching, creasing, bending, scratching, staining, discoloration, loss of shape, brim or crown distortion, finish damage, or other damage to hats or personal property resulting from use, misuse, improper placement, prolonged storage, environmental conditions, or improper installation.

Extra care should be taken with antique, collectible, custom, delicate, sentimental, or high-value hats.

## Vehicle Products

Vehicle-mounted products must be properly installed and secured. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products do not interfere with driver visibility, vehicle controls, airbags, seat belts, passengers, or safe vehicle operation.

## Product Information

Minor variations in dimensions, welds, bends, texture, finish, powder coating, or appearance may occur with our American-made products and are not necessarily defects.

We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and information, but minor variations or errors may occur.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mark Christopher Collection® / Great American Decor is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the installation, use, misuse, storage, transportation, modification, or inability to use our products.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits any right or liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
