Our Guarantee & Return Policy
We care about you, our customer, therefore we will treat you as we want to be treated. We run our business by the Golden Rule and that says it all. We want to make sure you know you can trust us and that our actions speak for themselves.
We guarantee your satisfaction with the products that you order from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email for a return authorization & return it within 14 days from the day it is delivered to you for an exchange or refund. your only risk is the shipping cost you pay.
Our requirements for returns:
1. Carefully unpack and inspect your order without damaging any manufacturer's packaging. Do not throw out any packaging until you are 100% satisfied with your order. The product must be in original condition and in the original carton so we can repackage the item. If the product is found to be defective, we will replace that product with a non-defective product at no cost to you.
2. If you have followed these steps and are not satisfied with your order, email us at customerservice@greatamericandecor.com for a return authorization number to include with your return. Write the return number on the outside of the box, just above the address.
3. No credits can be given without a return authorization.
4. Return it within 14 days of delivery - shipping pre-paid.
5. Return the item in the original shipping material.
6. Merchandise must be in original condition, carton, and must not have been used. Please include a copy of your original invoice and a brief reason for the return. You may need to insure your package if the value is over $100.00.
7. All refunds will be made to the credit card that was used for the purchase.
8. In case of damaged items, please contact the delivery company and notify them immediately of the damage.
